She has had bakeries in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico for 4 years and has given multiple courses throughout her career. She trained in the United States to learn new decorating techniques and has been a member of the California cake club. He has attended congresses with the highest celebrity Chefs of the United States in cake decorating and baking and at the moment he continues to update his techniques in New York City.
